Hang in there RJ.. the beach is only a week away. Although I'm excited to NOT be the taxi service come mid September, my babies are growing up, and that is hard.
Congratulations Bridget and RJ on your sons milestone events! That is the hardest time

That's about where I'm at too. Knock off the beer and I could lose 20 lbs to be at 190. I'd need to lose another 10 - 15 to get at my optimum weight for my body type. Mama Chak and I are always making too many goodies as well.
RJ & Bridget, congrats on your boys getting wheels! That's a big event for us guys. 
Those boys are lucky with their new trucks! Geez!

In horrendous pain with my back tonight. Out of no where it showed it's face yesterday and again tonight. Pretty much already banged out for tomorrow, and it if doesn't go away my lady says I need to see a chiropractor. I agree.

Kal has worked full time all summer.. and every Saturday for a couple of years now. He'll be helping with payments, buying gas, etc. We got lucky as the truck has been well taken care of/looks good. It has a LOT of miles on it tho.

Yeah, I remember you saying he's been working. My daughter is LAZY. I have to hold out on her. Even knowing she'd get a car if she got a job, she only filled out 3 applications.
Craig.. Hope your back is ok. I don't have much experience with chiropractors but occasional back pain. It's awful.
Yeah I'm stuck in bed in pain. Have a feeling its a rib though as I feel pain in my front also. Its not good.
I do. Once a month visit to control back pain. Kind of like a tune up.
Tweaked mine back in Feb., slipped on some ice on the steps out front... hasnt straightened up yet.... mine normally "goes back into position" somewhere in 4-6 weeks. This time its not going so quickly... been 5 months now.
