So sweet.65.4 pounds lost, went from a size tight 14 to a comfortable 4, and I exercise regularly. Total life transformation this year...been a trip. Yep, just did my first 5K. And what I find simply amazing is my son is catching on and we are doing another 5K on December 13th together. He is so excited. I'll have to walk that one with him, but I told him after he gets the first one behind him, he'll eat my dust with the next 5Ks...I'm not waiting on him.
Thanks Hula and LA. It' pretty tasty too. I need to find some decent bag to put it in - the wheat is too long for the bags we have plus they have handles, which we don't really need. Mama Chak was rather upset that they took so long to bake - she wanted to go shopping...

You expecting any snow?! We do that here if we are forewarned, so that it makes it easier to clean the accumulation off the windshield.

I think we can safely say that Bridget was wrong about the men on this thread not helping with Christmas tree setup. I helped with the tree inside and did all the outside stuff myself. So there!

LOL, that's what they do in Goa too. Decorate the Banana and Palm trees for functions and Christmas.
