Y'all are making me itch !
Wanna hear a bedbug story? LolY'all are making me itch !
Just FYI, you will need to find a compounding pharmacy to get it, and it's less that $20 here. And only good if you take it in Feb/early March. I set an alert in my phone calendar for it.Awesome. I need to look at this. I've never heard of it.
I sleep like the dead also, not much movement. DH is the same way, it's just the snoring!I love sleeping with what ever and who over will snuggle me. Dogs, my girls etc... Not to sound like a tramp or anything, I'm just comforted by the presence of another life form. I'm also a rock solid sleeper and don't move in my sleep. So that probably adds to my satisfaction of co-sleeping![]()

Poison Ivy: Rhus tox. Kal takes a preventative every Feb (1 vial a week for 3 weeks, orally) and it keeps him out of the Dr's office. You can buy tablets for treatment as well but we haven't tried those.
Morning... Up since 4am on a Saturday..Going to have to find something to help DH's snoring before I kill him.
Coffee........
Better....
Good Morning Army. Bridget that's the first time of heard of that Rhus Tox. But I will look into it.
Spouse snoring : separate bedrooms. He will absolutely despise this idea...at first. Mamaw and I have had separate rooms for over ten years now, and I wouldn't have it any other way. If I want 'a date', I just go to her. If I want privacy, I come back. Her snoring does not affect my sleep anymore. I can fall asleep with out hearing all about what some other woman does on her job. She doesn't have to get up at 1am or 2am or whenever it's time for me to roll out. I have the whole bed, and I do NOT have some DW breathing on me while I am trying to go to sleep. (pet peeve). I hated the very idea of separate bedrooms at first. But realistically, Mamaw and I have been together 30 years. The Honeymoon was over years ago. Now I enjoy having my own space and my own bed.
Someday, when you're an old fart like me, you'll see the wisdom in this....
@PapawBrett I wouldn't mind separate bedrooms, but we only have 3 and they are occupied..
@DavidOH He never stops breathing and he doesn't snore when he's 30 lbs lighter..
