Can't think of time period when our daughter was real dramatic, however, when she was living with her aunt in LA during high school she complained that aunty was passing the buck to mom and not communicating directly with her (we did give aunty permission to discipline, but she didn't). All she would say was, "Do you think that's a good idea doing what you're doing?" And I agree with her, if the aunt had a problem with something Tip had done, she should have spoken to her directly and not pass it on to mom.

Awww thanks for asking Ed! She's a Pest! She's shaped like a little beer barrel and she galomps around the place at 100 miles a second. We love her to bits already. Different kitty to my first girl, but that's a good thing.

sounds like my life.... always on double duty listening for the wife to yell when she has fallen.... pretty unsettling to come home and find the wifey on the floor passed out cold due to a fall.... one day she just might realize her limits and tone it down a bit...
doubt it tho......until then, I keep a constant vigil...

Ooh, I can relate to that. Came home one day to find out Mama had fallen and broken her arm - slipped on a slip rug. BK, does your wife also have a health problem (as if I really need to ask - don't we all have something at this age... duh) I think it's like comparing scars or something... "Hey, I got 3 stents in my left ventricle. What-da you got?"

Hey Mr Chak. I jumped a few pages by the looks of things. So glad that Mrs Chak is not too much worse for wear after her scary tumble. I would recommend one of those alert thingies that she could wear if you think this may happen more often than not. You're a good chap. Mama couldn't wish for better.

Everything is original...1997 except the fan motor. Jut tried again. Motor hums, give the fan a little kick start and it fires up.

Evening army. Haven't been all that busy around here, just haven't been feeling talkative. My once sweet little girl has turned into a nasty little piece of work lately and its been hard on all of us (putting it nicely). I swear I've screwed up somewhere along the line, she might be ruined beyond repair. Always swore I'd never have one of those screaming mean little brats and apparently cursed myself. Sigh... Its been a long week and its only Tuesday

Hang in there my girl! Maybe there's something on her mind making her act out. I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it.

sounds like the start capacitor ( usually black phenolic round) those arent to expensive... 20ish$ for the cap

Morning army. Thanks everyone for the advice. And @Bronze I'm sorry, wasn't even thinking. I truly am grateful for two healthy kiddos everyday. It's just hard to remember why I wanted them when one is teaching the other to say how much they hate me. Sigh

We will get to the bottom of it, just have to keep trying til we find what works with her. I appreciate all the advice and letting me vent. Can't do it anywhere else, the super sanctimommies are everywhere ready to jump down your throat for not allowing the "precious perfect angels" to take over your entire life.

OK there I go venting again, I'll be back when I'm less cranky lol

Five year olds don't know what the word hate means. I suspect when she is your age she's gonna find that her best friend is her mom.
