I dunno, @*RJ* - if it ain't a 3+ acre mountain of a yard to mow like I just left behind, I'm not sure your guy has a lot of room to complain.
Holiday weekend, everyone! So what's lined up for celebrations for y'all? Quiet one for me - work, and a bit of relaxing. I wonder if Vegas will be as noisy for this one as it was on the 4th.
Well I got my running done. It's fricking hot outside. I'm not cutting the grass. What I'm going to do is sit here and drink beer in the AC..

Trying really hard not to do much this weekend. We did mow MIL's yard today. It is way to dang hot out to paint. Plus we are getting rain every afternoon for the next couple of days at least.
Not doing much sounds perfect after all the excitement you just had in your life! Any word from the newlyweds?
We just enjoyed some In 'N Out burgers. Their fries are straight up sliced potatoes. So delicious I could weep.
They aren't going on their honeymoon until this winter. Basically it is back to work.

Sigh. Such is life in the modern era. I don't remember if you said before where they are going?
In PA Dutch territory, you get a real appreciation for the humble potato. I myself am a freak for them. I don't have a sweet tooth - mine is a salt tooth. I have a lot less salt now than even a few years back. But I could eat those fries every single day.

I don't think they have figured out exactly where they are going. I just know it will be someplace warm with a beach
O.M.G. Me Too!! Give me any kind of potatoes and I am a freak over them. Not a sweet eater here, I love the crunchy, salty snacks. So much so that I have to avert my head when we go past the potato chip aisle.
I've started buying the low fat/no fat Cheez-its. At first it was... meh, ok. I've since gotten used to them and they are pretty good! Same with unsalted or slightly salted almonds. Now if I have a full salt snack...it seems like over kill. LOL
Have you tried them "animal" style? So worth the $3 extra! You know they have a secret menu?
