so... what does constitute a good nites sleep??? seems I can only get about 4-5 hrs max, and I do the auto wake up thing.. but as for the wifey.... she can sleep 18-20 hrs straight thru... theres times I had to go in there and see if she was still warm and soft and breathing... only thing I can think of is she is getting my share of sleep... :p

A good nights sleep for me is sleeping all night without waking up once. 7 hours, used to be 8, and 6 at the minimum.

I sleep 3 - 4 hours straight then wake up and stay awake another 2 - 4 hours. Very frustrating. This is when I bring up the baseball games from the night before and watch them (my White Sox especially). Slept like a log when I was younger. Those days are long gone. I feel like bashing my head in with a baseball bat to knock myself out.

Just pick up a copy of the IRS instructions for all lines of a tax return and read that when you're having an insomnia episode. That'll put your lights out. :D

Yes, here is another one. The first one will be an eye opener, in light of current circumstances. Bonnie Raitt and Emmylou Harris were an exciting addition, but I couldn't hear them hardly at all. I didn't remember them singing with Lowell George. What a missed opportunity! I smiled at looking at all the overalls which were much the rage back then, at least here they were.

I couldn't find a good video for the second one.
The Springsteen song was addicting. It grows on you, and then I couldn't get enough of it. I loved the sax player too, he was amazing!

The older videos make me smile when I see the guys with long hair. Okay, raise your hand guys if you had long hair back in the day. Also if you still have long hair, let us know that too of course...LOLLLLLL. I loved it back then. My dad hated it. I could not even think about bringing a date home with long hair. It would be a non-starter for sure.

I wanted to find a Nazareth video with Hair of the Dog on it. I decided I'd better not. I still get a kick out of that song and Love Hurts.

Okay here is a song for the trucker folks on here. I'm on a Little Feat kick. I actually loved this song back in the day. Your jaw should be hitting the floor because I wasn't a big country fan at all, and that is an understatement. Just a few songs made it back then on my love list, and this is one.

I just can't like this , I hate Springsteen in so many ways , I can't separate the music from the man .
