Yeah, if it gets that bad you just buy the new house that has the new driveway. ;)
You know, as it turns out, this is a very well built house. You never can tell but it’s 26 years old now and I truly have had very little trouble. That said, the driveway is crapola. It’s concrete and I believe it was poured by escaped inmates because they was in a quick hurry to get the job done. I couldn’t have been as schlocky and sloppy if I tried. No idea what they used for expansion joints. I suspect nothing cuz there aren’t any. Just a void where they should be. The control cuts are pure slop and poorly laid out. So I have cracks everywhere and it’s beginning to heave some. So I have to get everything sealed up before I’m spending $20k on a new driveway.

    Good luck, Bronze. :(

I did the front yard again yesterday.. Today it looks like I didn't...
    All that work for nuthin’.

I just finished my driveway crack and joint project till next Spring. I’m about half done. Every crack n joint is sealed up so I don’t have to worry about that getting worse. The top half of the driveway will be done in Spring.

I can no longer do the yard, rake leaves and all that. Have you ever seen a town that has no one available to do yard clean up? At least no one half way reliable. I was quoted mid January before it can be done. Sigh
Finding help is near impossible in many areas these days.

10 years ago today, I put the ciggybutt back in the pack instead of firing it up. I've been vaping ever since.

    That’s too much money.

I live in the woods so I blow everything there.
That was the cheapest of the estimates, lol. Others were almost $1000. He did use one of those machines. Looks like a mower but sucks up leaves, chips small branches and bags them up.

Not just leaves though. He is hauling off a partial tree that was down and some other junk. Plus, weeded a flower bed and put barrier and mulch down.

It's nice you got a little more for your money than just leaves.
