Good morning my friends.... I think today might be the day. Daughter was in early labor all yesterday and think they are heading to the hospital soon. They will call me when they do so I can join them

Thanks Bronze...they sent her home for awhile...she is doing well but still has a ways to go and will be more comfortable getting through it at home. (They live within 10 minutes of the hospital) Dr was pretty sure we'd meet her something within the next 24 hours so I'm on standby and ready to leave when it's time. MY SIL's parents are there as they have a six hour drive so headed on over so she has someone there to spoil her at home too. Now just trying to work to keep my mind busy..

A little girl (or if they were wrong a little boy that's going to be wearing a lot of pink. It amazes me today how much more detailed information they can get on the sonogram than back in my day. The time is actually passing pretty quickly today at work, been busy which is good. The a/c at the shop is still wonked but they are trying to figure it out...hubby got me set up with a fan so it's tolerable.

Wow! I'm so glad you got that taken care of Bridget! Brave woman! I can only imagine the devastation to the chicken run if it hadn't been captured (brave man lol) What sort of snake is it? Are they venomous or "just" a pest?

Well, if we didn't, he would have been back daily.. I wondered why the egg count kept going down..

Keep an eye out for scams over there especially if you bump into any "cheap women". The cab drivers need to be selected very carefully too. They can scam you big time, and are basically working for mafiosos. Another little trick of theirs is to "recommend" great places for unsuspecting male tourists, which generally means you end up getting locked into some nasty little bar, with the "husband" of the lady beating you senseless and demanding huge amounts of cash to let you get out. (I'm a fount of information here!) LOL

Aah! What a wonderful birthday I am having!!! Spent the morning by the pool... cesspool that is, fixing the motor that stirs it.
But don't feel sorry for me, because right after that, I spent some quality time at the Champagne House... fixing their bottling line.
But alas! I finally made it to the local micro brewery to sit outside and enjoy repairing their well pump... in a thunderstorm.

That's just too much fun for one birthday. But seriously, it's been a good day. Think I'll head over to the Princess' house and cook her a delicious birthday dinner.
