You come from the zoo?
Where did you learn English? They taught you well if you know what "Nah" means.
There is a brand new Harris Teeter opening today right outside of my subdivision so I'm going there at some point today. For those not familiar (which is probably everyone), Harris Teeter is an upscale supermarket with upscale pricing to go with it. But they have very good meat and produce and odd items and that's why I go there. I hit the other end of the spectrum for everything else (Wally World). Prior to today, I had to travel 6 miles for the nearest store. This new Harris Teeter is literally 3 blocks away! I don't live in a very densely populated area. Harris Teeter was just bought out by Kroger but they are keeping the brand as is. Good!
Oh, and I'm vaping DF ALL DAY!
lol, I am chinese, come on, we are famous for giving out our pandas to other countries to make them like us, isn't it??
We are forced to learn english by our zoo keepers from 6 year old, so I will say I leant english in school and afterthen at work here in france, I dont use english anymore at work but it serves me well to find good juices and blame noobs in online games.
Now that's a nice plan for a birthday! I did not know what Harry Twitter was, thought maybe fishing stuff... Thanks for clarifying
Have fun.
I worked with an American-born Chinese kid when I was younger (David). Other than his Oriental look, you'd never know he was Chinese. His parents moved here from China and their English was not very good and they certainly did not know the American way of life. David was always ashamed of his heritage because it wasn't "American". He felt he never fit in. I saw otherwise. He was as American as it got and everyone liked him. He was a lot of fun and had lots of friends. No one cared he was Chinese except him. I spent a lot of time telling him that and instead he should embrace his heritage and learn as much as he could about it.
I know all foreigners hear about in this country is the divide among races and nationalities. While some of it is true, much of it is not. There is definitely an "American Way" of life as there is in any country. For those willing to accept that and blend, they will find Americans being very receptive of them.
Thanks for the heads up, I hope my daughter wont be ashamed for her chinese looking. Who knows, she's a baby now, maybe in 10 years that will be the mode/fashion. I just hope at that time HHV still making great juices and I can still get them in europe(this is very important)
Happy Birthday, General!! You're my first post back on Canadian soil.
I've traveled extensively in the U.S and never felt like I was unwelcome anywhere I went. All the "issues" I've come across or have heard about have usually been due to a mental block on the persons end. My thoughts, you go in acting like an idiot with a chip on your shoulder, and you'll end up paying for it..
I usually just barge into a place looking for good food and beer, and somehow always end up fitting right in..
P.S - Provari's got checked out very thoroughly at Bemidji airport this morning. They had just nevah seen an 'lectronic ciggy like thi'es one befoah!![]()
