I'm enjoying my first taste of huntsman, sweet , smokey maple goodness . I'm liking this a lot. This is delicious !

As Hula says...
WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

You are a connoisseur good sir
I can see where you get the smokey maple goodness of Huntsman - after a good steep it'll blend in nicely. I've got a tank full of Huntsman with medium menthol added (as well as a good supply of regular). It's a great change up from the norm. Way back in the 70's I started smoking Kools, then switched to Newport, then to Marlboro Green. However, by the time I went into the service I switched to Marlboro reds. I felt like the menthol was crystallising my lungs. My dad also smoked Benson & Hedges, the long ones, so when I was out I'd bum one or two from him.

If I ever run out of Huntsman, I'll go buy a bale of alfalfa and chew on it anytime I get the urge for some Huntsman.

I love so many of HHV's NETs, but I just can't abide Huntsman. (Sorry Hula.)

Howdy Pappy! Sound like your trip went well; no problems with the APV gear I imagine. Need to get some pics up, otherwise we might just think you were having an out of body experience. ;)

I loved pulling up a stalk of tall grass as we trekked to the pond out in the back of our property in Lockport, NY. Huntsman reminds my of that bitter/sweet goodness of my childhood home.

W00t! Sox win 8-1!

Excellent start to the WS.... nice to see the Sox's bat wake up.... which might be more a function of the fact that they had to face a lineup of starters in the previous two series that looked more like an all-star pitching roster than their bats going cold.

9 straight world series wins (and the 5th straight against St Louis).

BTW - Good morning Army!!! Hope all is well on whatever day you're on. It's a beautiful Thursday morning here and the sun is out from behind a partly cloudy sky and a nice 85˚. Sorry IG, heard about your spat with snow already.

Had a pretty productive week so far - tutoring a couple hours here and there. Got a wall fan up on the, I guess, you'd call it a mezzanine* for Mama Chak, changed a light fixture in the shrine room, put some purtty, leafy film on the glass door to the shrine room, and a few other odd jobs round the house. Mama Chak is pleased, so she bought me some Heineken 500ml cans to have with lunch. Great woman. :toast:

*(Our house is a split level with the living and dinning room on the lower level, then two steps up to a 12' ft. X 30' open area in front of the 3 bedrooms, w/bathroom to the right and shrine room (wannabe studio) to the left. Pics to follow.

I have to go pick it up at the post office and pay a minimal customs duty and tax for it, though. Which is alright by me, since it only comes to $11.36. Much better deal than the KayFun Mini got.

I was a bit worried about customs since it came International "Express". Most my e-stuff has to be First Priority International, not express.

Pics to come when I get a chance...

All the way to the post office I have this song running through my head...

If you were a postman, which one would you think is the most important item in the package?
The Black Box, right?

Do you "get it" yet, Chak?!

Do compare the "hit" against other VV mods at the same settings, and see if you can or cannot tell the difference. ;)

Good morning, Army!

I'll have to check that out, Dusty. It does seem to fire up the KFL with the twisted 1.9 ohm a bit faster than the VAMO did at the same settings. Also the VAMO was reading 1.8 ohm. Might just be the ohm climbing as I get down to the bottom of this tank of Chris' "Blended" Blend. Man, that's a SWEET vape.

As for size, I love the heft to it - Provari vs VAMO in 18650 mode. They weigh in real close, 154 gram to 156 gm, however, the Provari is 3/4" shorter than the VAMO giving it a lower center of balance. It fits nice in the hand and doesn't feel to top heavy as the VAMO. I love the green LED as well.

Threading, of course, is spot on - like butter. Question: does the top beauty ring unscrew?

I am very pleased with this mod. :thumb:
