Man I'm on a roll this week. My credit card has been spread from Hong Kong to most contiguous states in the past two days. I picked up two ShortStop fuses by Holocron Labs for my mechs...and 510 extenders...and 30 gauge wire. Microcoils here I come! Out of all these purchases...I still don't have a backup charger. If I was smart I would pick one up from FT. Maybe next month. I gotta stop!!!!!!!!!!!!

RJ I'm excited for you...keep a close eye on your CC purchases online to make sure no one gets ahold of your info. I'm not saying that to scare you...just because you don't normally shop that frequently so probably don't check your account often. Just ask me the shopping queen..I check mine on a very regular basis;)

RJ you might want to get a prepaid card for online purchases I know FT uses paypal but I don't trust anything when it comes to hackers , I load just enough cash for the items I want so they cant rip me off, also if you have to make a trip to add money it gives you a little more time to think before you buy..

April, it was great. We went to Barcelona, Naples, Rome, Florence, Marseilles (France), Majorca (Spanish island) and back to Barcelona. It was a whirlwind tour, but we had a ball.

I did all that 35 years ago as a drunken sailor. A few questions :
Do they still have cobblestone streets in Barcelona's Red light District ?
Do they still drive like suicidal maniacs in Naples ?
Do they still cook in stone hearths in Florence restaurants ?
Did the Roman Coliseum strike you as over-rated ?
Does the French Riviera still look timeless and beautiful at night ? (don't remember her name)
Majorca ... (brought Granny a souvenir there, but can't remember....)
Barcelona (several times) Beautiful Catholic Cathedral, which at the time, was guarded by Spanish Army.

Does any of this ring a bell Pappy ? Or do drunken sailors take a different tour ?

Yeah, I haven't been hacked but I did have to get a new card because my cc company said that they had gotten word that a company I had used (this was months ago) were having issues so they stopped it and gave me a new one. My fraud department is awesome! My company does have this shop safe option using a phantom number each purchase but I haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I've only used FT and myvaporstore this week though...and American Eagle and Amazon...and and and.... I will be checking it though. What I should do is buy a charger through FT and STOP SPENDING MONEY ON vaping. I'm loaded for a long long time.

:vapor:

And I'm impressed with myvaporstore...shipped within 45 minutes of ordering. I know that's not the record around here...but impressive nonetheless. :)

I'm in the dog house again tonight...

Don't know where to start this story... it's a long one. safe to say I have a couch to sleep on tonight.

An unmarried man does not have the responsibilities of a long-term relationship.
A Married man has clean underwear. And, if he marries well, an endless supply of good eating.

Take your medicine and be glad she cares enough to get ...... off.

RJ - Let me pass along some good advice once given to me...
If you are making coils for a mechanical mod, do your ohms test BEFORE dry firing with a GOOD tester with a digital readout. I use the Voltmeter from my shop. Make contact on the two posts and KEEP CONTACT for AT LEAST five full seconds, maybe longer. What you are looking for is ANY fluctuation in the ohms reading. If there is any fluctuation in the ohms readout, THROW THAT COIL AWAY ! If the coil holds a steady ohms reading, dry fire two or three times, just enough to get the coil red, then test again as before. If it passes a second extend ohms test, then thread your wicking though and your coil is ready for use.
I've been making coils for my REOS minis for six or seven months, every week both mods, using this method. And I do not use fuses, but I have thrown away a couple of unused coils as faulty. 20 cents worth of wire is a lot cheaper than $140 of Mod. Just what I was taught, and it works for me.

Let's be honest. We don't need to know Mrs. Chak to side with her. I'm pretty sure Chak messed up again. :)

What I do is I picked up one if those reloadable credit/gift card thingies... when I buy vape gear, I load up the card. If anyone steals the number, there is nothing to steal.

Added benefit is that since I have to put the money in beforehand, it helps keep spending in check.

That really is a smart way to do it. I keep saying I'm going to take that route...but then I see something I need (ok want)

Well...the youngest will come visit on Sunday...but none overnight. That's ok though cause I think grandma needs to catch her breath:laugh:

I have the neighbor girl here for two hours and I'm shot. She never stops talking. Cute as a bug's ear but she wears me out! :)

Yeah but it's a great exhausted isn't it...so much nicer than dealing with stupid people. Sometimes working with the public can really get me stressed but I get better at handling it with each passing year. My hubby is the most patient man I've ever met so people don't get him stirred up like they can me. I'm trying to be more like him...easier said than done.
