Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Hey, that's exactly what I was getting ready to say in MY review of Heavenly tobacco. ;) :D

. . .

So on to my review of "Heavenly Tobacco"...

I see why this e-liquid seems to have a "love/hate" following. It is complex. It is dark. It has some flavors going on in there--some buried deep under the tobacco base and some are right out front on the initial hit--that you just don't normally expect in a "tobacco-flavored" juice. The base tobacco note is delightful--a warm, rich, slightly sweet tobacco--perhaps a Virginia Burley or Bright--with a slight flue-cured aroma and a bit of additional sweetness. Not quite honey-cured, but a little sweeter than such tobacco usually tastes on it's own.

Then there is that strange "front taste"--is it slightly over-browned waffles, or is it a REALLY light Latakia? Something dark, malty and slightly sweet, but not sugar-sweet--almost like those Mexican malt-based soft drinks. Malt, vanilla and marzipan--that's what it tastes like! Either way, it is very interesting and really grabs your attention.

Then the main tobacco note comes in--and wow, it is dead-on. Full flavored without being overpowering, complex without being overwhelming, and just perfectly balanced. The throat hit is astoundingly "real"--it's like a cross between a light pipe tobacco (like Borkum Riff Ultralight) and a really smooth natural cigarette (like a Nat Sherman Fantasia). It doesn't TASTE like either of those things, but it has a throat hit somewhere in between them--and is astoundingly convincing.

Then the finish--and this is where is gets REALLY complicated and subtle. When you exhale, this stuff just opens up with a whole panoply of flavors and aromas. Toast, cocoa, dark malt, toasted marshmallows, nuts (is that hazelhut and maybe almond?!?) and a slightly peppery finish (like a Partagas Cameroon-wrapper cigar or perhaps a Perique/Burley pipe tobacco) and like Gandalf, that delightful sweet, full flavor reminiscent of Three Castles RYO. And that creamy caramel top note that RY4 is so well known for is just crystal clear and clean with just enough toastiness to be absolutely brilliant.

And it just gets better and better the more you vape. The first few hits are so complex, so multi-layered, so rich and multi-faceted that they are almost confusing or overwhelming. I can see how some folks might be put off by this juice. But as a veteran pipe smoker (and one who used to mix my own pipe blends) AND someone who has actually worked in high-end tobacco retail for a short time, I actually enjoy this sort of complexity. I take such flavors as a challenge--it's like a game for me to figure out all the flavors in something like this. I'm sure I'm missing a few, and might be off on some of the flavors I'm identifying--it's getting late and the 24mg nic level is going to my head a little.

And then there is the vapor. This stuff is just thick, and rich and heavy and satisfying. You can feel it breathing in AND on the exhale. It is delightfully rich and full-feeling, but smooth as silk and as decadent as a night in the Casbah...

But I REALLY dig this. I think if I got Heavenly Tobacco at the 18mg or even 12mg level, it could become an all-day weekend vape for me. I don't instantly LOVE it like Shadowfax, and I'm not instantly enchanted by it like with Gandalf--this juice is complex and intriguing, and so my attraction to it is more of like accepting a personal challenge. It draws me in, taunts me with it's secrets, and teases me with hidden flavors, deeply-buried aromas, and complex interactions of taste and aroma. It takes some getting used to--it demands that you give it your full attention. I couldn't vape this at work, or if I was trying to do something that demanded a lot of my attention because it's too complicated and demands your full attention.

Heavenly Tobacco is like an exotically beautiful woman--you know you're attracted to it deeply, but you ALSO know that some of your friends will wonder what the heck you see in it. You know it's going to be "high maintenance" but you can't put it aside. You know you'll want to spend a lot of time with it, but you ALSO know if you do, you'll probably lose your job--and for a minute, you actually consider it...

So here is my rundown of my first order from HHV:

F=flavor A= aroma T=throat hit V=vapor C=complexity

Vanilla Dream--F 4/5, A 3/5, T 2/5, V 2/5, C 2/5
Bleeding Heart--F 4/5, A 3/5, T-3/5, V 3/5, C 3/5
Shadowfax--F 4/5, A 4/5, T 5/5, V 4/5, C 5/5
Gandalf--F 5/5, A 4/5, T 5/5, V 4/5, C 5+/5
Heavenly Tobacco--F 4+/5, A 4/5, T 5/5, V 5/5, C 5/5

I'll DEFINITELY be ordering Shadowfax and Gandalf in larger quantities and in a slightly higher nic level (probably 15 or 18).

And I'll also be ordering more Heavenly Tobacco, but at 15 or 18mg instead of the 24 I got. It is a delightful vape to be sure, but the 24mg nic hit is too strong for me to vape it like I want to--and I WANT to vape this stuff strong and long...

I can't wait till my Acrylimax and Vivi Nova come in later this week. I'll probably vape myself right off the couch onto the floor with "HT", and then completely ruin myself with Shadowfax and Gandalf.

I don't think these sampler bottles are going to last until my next order comes. :(

Dammit...

Sweet Baby Rays is AWESOME! But I am still a Mauls man. There is room for BOTH in my fridge.

You've got a bbq sauce vendor out their in Mo. that sells the best sauce I ever had: Wickers.
You can get it online now, but they've never decided to distribute it nationally in the grocery
stores.

It's not a tomato-y sauce, it's vinegar based. It'll keep you smackin' your lips all day.

Hey Burly, my TV part arrived in Charlotte at 3PM today. It took FedEx 83 hours to go from Irving, TX to Charlotte, NC. As much as I have busted up my mailman, he could get it there faster by walking on his fingertips. Charlotte is still three hours away from me so it will probably take them another two days. FedEx sucks!
