Oh, I so love Dark Horse.
Somebody asked me if I had a video of my dad singing. Here he is. He is the first one to sing ('Mesdames et monsieurs...') The video also has a couple of unknown second-stringers named Joan Sutherland and Plácido Domingo![]()
Robin, did you make my pumpkin pie today?

I vaped a few of those again when you mentioned your negative reaction. I do not taste dog, wet or otherwise. It has to be a steeping thing. If Lt. Col. Killjoy comes on you should ask him how long it took for his GEJs to taste good, as I seem to have forgotten.Scarf, congrats on being able to see again!

Trying to see if I'm able to paste the link in here. YouTube
It worked for me when I clicked on it.
This is an experiment.
Edit: this is the link of Scarf's dad. Does it work now?
I think he's on a cruisespeaking of... where is pappy?
BTW..I have not heard any feedback on that Polident experiment. Anyone? I posted early on my Barkeeper's Friend experiment.
Well... it worked well! Mine weren't particularly dirty, but they were tasting burnt (oh what a surprise! I think I figured that out, BTW).BTW..I have not heard any feedback on that Polident experiment. Anyone? I posted early on my Barkeeper's Friend experiment.
too much pumpkin pie in the house is certainly a good thing. it's perfect for all 3 meals!I made gingerbread instead. When I make pumpkin pie, I always make two at a time. With only the two of us, not a good thing to have that much pie in the house.![]()
I'll try the Polident thing tonight and post about it tomorrow. I'm definitely intrigued. About the barkeeper's friend thing; I use that stuff to clean my pots, oven, and tub. It's a great cleaner. I would be cautious about soaking wicks in it though. There is a superfine silica sand in it that would be tough to rinse completely out of a coiled wick. You may not see any residue but not sure if I'd want to vape it. You're a brave leader.BTW..I have not heard any feedback on that Polident experiment. Anyone?
