Found my Provari backup Got a Zmax V2 in gunmetal from madvapes. Magically got a nice discount too. No idea why, don't care. The V2 of the Zmax has an "8th" menu item that allows for RMS volt/watt control which is testing out as very accurate (the other choice is the same wildly inaccurate method of version 1 Zmax's). Nice weight, build quality, and not all that long for an 18650 mod. About the same as an 18650 Pro? Much shorter than the LavaTube. Set it on 7 watts for Nova's and 8 or 8.5 for the other stuff. Nice Bah-in. One down arrow is that it reads the ohms but wont fire my 28g coil on my AC9 genny at 1.1ohms. Manual is hilarious to read in a bad translation kinda way.

The ZMax has one feature that scares the hell out of me as I am a breaker of things.

The top battery terminal is connected directly to the pc board. When you push the battery against it, you can actually bend that board. If you turn it upside down and let the battery slide into place, it seems it could, over time, break. Let's not mention dropping issues. Let me know your thoughts on this after you have used it a while, bappo.

Unfortunately (and fortunately), their popularity is exploding partly thanks to a ton of views and participation in the Heathers Heavenly Vapes Tobacco Line thread. The explosion in popularity has meant that it is almost a week from ordering to mailing. That is a bummer, but the juice is worth the wait. I simply order earlier than I normally would. They are a startup supplier and obviously need to expand their staff. Until they do I will just practice patience. I also buy a couple flavors from ECBlend. ECBlend is a large, well established supplier thus the service is much quicker. Hopefully Heathers will get there as well. Believe me, the juice is worth the wait!"
