I have decided that with there being a possibility that e-cigs may come under government regulation, I will start smoking cigarettes again. Better to be prepared than to get all upset with losing another precious freedom.

Well, this years work/insurance health screen includes blood nicotine testing, $40/month extra if its in there. Sigh...
So who knows how long it takes to clear blood?

So the jaw expander is in! It looks more like a torture device from the movie SAW though. My poor baby. And I have to stick a key in it every night and turn it. 
And I'm celebrating paying for the braces in full today with a Wild Turkey drink. Yeah it's only 3:15. 
But I've been saving and worrying and sacrificing and waiting on this day.
