Heatvape invader mini does not work on my kangertech subtanks

I have another question, does anybody have experience with using a heatvape invader mini with kangertech subtank using the. 5 ohm coils? I get an error that states atomizer short, however same tanks with 1.2 ohm coils works fine and aspire Atlantis Subohm works fine. If I use those kangertech tanks with Subohm coil on my E Vic it works fine, any idea's?

My friend uses the subtank with the .5s for his adv. He's never had that issue. Only think I can think of is to adjust the 510 cap. I take mine off screw my tank on the screw the tank and cap back on.
Going to try that, made no sense to me why it would not work unless it was not making a full connection.

Yes it works without issue, I am going to test again this morning between my E Vic VT and my Invader mini to see if I can get it working. To be honest have not spent a whole lot of time on it thus far. The Tank with the .5 ohm works great on the E Vic VT but will not on the Heatvape Invader mini, But it will work if I swap out it to the 1.2 Ohm coil.

Another update, Put my Kangertech Plus on the heatvape again with a new .5ohm coil and still get atomizer short. However I just unscrewed the topper, screwed it onto the tank and then re-screwed onto the Heatvape Mini and it fired. I know, a lot of screwing involved. Maybe somebody else will have this issue as well and confirm.

I talked to my buddy that uses this as his adv. He said he has to do it periodically. Hes just made a habit of reseting the cap when he changes coils. He said never does it after a fill just a coil swap. Kinda sucks but hey at least the mod is sturdy

Thank you. It is a sturdy mod and a well working device so far. But like every other mod is has it pro and cons.
