2. Shipping Restrictions
For DHL:
1). DHL Small cannot ship e-liquid to any country from May 20th, 2015.
2). DHL Express A/B cannot ship parcels including both e-liquid & non-liquid products. That is, e-liquid must be submitted alone.
3). According to Japan customs' requirement, DON'T order more than 2pc e-cigarette each order by DHL Small. More than 2pc cartomizer, 2pc atomizer, 2pc battery in one parcel is impossible and can be easily refused by Japanese Customs.
4). We will not ship e-cigarettes by DHL to the Retail customers from these countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico.
EMS & CN Register Airmail: E-liquid or batteries cannot be shipped
CN E-Packet & Netherlands Airmail: No restrictions on items
UPS Express Saver, HK UPS, FedEx IP & HK DHL Express
A. PO BOX is impossible.
B. IMPOSSIBLE to ship e-liquid.
C. There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by china customs, which will delay order for 4-5 days. It will be re-shipped out right after clearance.
US Express, EURO Airmail & Singapo Airmail: IMPOSSIBLE to ship e-liquid
ETS to Russia: Only Available for Russia. No Restrictions on items.
Comone Express - Malaysia:
A. PO BOX is impossible.
B. Generally Comone Express can clear customs without tax on you.
C. Only available for orders to Malaysia. No Restrictions on items.
EURO Express:
