I don't even know what a selfie stick is. I am afraid to put that into a search engine. The way 3rd parties track you, I might get a ton of junk mail on something that might make the mail lady's eyes raise...LOLLLLLLLLLLLL.

Rofl! It's okay. Sounds nasty but it's just like a tripod for smartphones so you can take a pic from more than an arms length away.
Ah, thank you. I didn't want to ask my daughter. I would've never heard the end of it, if I had done that. I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face, or deal with the aftershock. 
I wish they would just call the thing a tripod. It keeps my mind out of the gutter that way...lollllllll.

The BART system is intimidating! Great pics - you look so good and so happy. Glad you're still getting out there and enjoying life. SF is a beautiful city, and a great foodie town.

The issue with the BART was that no one was paying attention and we ended up in Oakland. Then a nice young boy escorted us to the proper train (he was a professional "weed" trimmer). 2 stops on that train and we ended up in Fruitvale! Again the wrong way. the original "selfie stick" was invented for taking pictures from ground level looking upwards.....
I sent this to my daughter and she asked when did grandma came to visit me? and why didn't any tell her? I need to stuff something in my shirt. to make it look more like mom.

Lost my upper lip! Got to be twenty years since last I shaved that stash off. Been wearing it since my service days, it did come off once while at school here. The goat comes off more often but it's been a while for that too.
