Last Tuesday afternoon I went to Heavens Gifts website to order a few things. (This was my second order with them.) I had intended on ordering a handful of the eGo lanyards, but they showed out-of-stock so I requested an update when they became available and placed the rest of my order, totaling less than $150.
Ill be darned if a couple of hours later I received notice that they were available. So I wrote Heavens Gifts immediately hoping I could get those added to the existing order, and if they could, to please let me know how to proceed regarding payments.
Very early the next morning I received an email that my order had shipped. I was disappointed that I hadnt received a reply about the eGo lanyards and that I would have to place another order and pay additional shipping if I wanted them soon. Any other time I would have been thrilled that my order shipped in only 14 hours.
Yesterday, only six days after my order was placed, I received a sorry we missed you notice from the post office. So they redelivered today. I was impressed at how quickly it got here and through customs, but I was even MORE impressed when I opened it and found the exact number of eGo lanyards I had emailed about! No note, no bill for the additional merchandise - just included in the package and on the packing slip.
Now THAT is some seriously impressive customer service!!
