Heaven's Gifts question

How reputable is Heaven's Gifts? I don't have a lot of experience in dealing with overseas vendors. Are the products (e-juices and such) up to par? How is the shipping and customer service? Is there anything I should expect shipping delays, bad product, etc...?

Hi Silence and welcome. From my experience with HC, they're a reputable vendor. Product and service is very good. The shipping is good (about 5 days). Shipping is a little high, but is ok because the products come from China ($15.00 for the first 500g and $5.00 for each additional 500g). I like to order juice and e-cig from them. You wont be disappointed and price are very good.

I have bought from them four or five times. They have good prices and are good to deal with. If you are not in a hurry, you can get cheaper shipping but it takes 2-3 weeks to get your order. I have bought 510 and 801 parts from them and a couple bottles of liquid. I have been happy with each order and the parts seem to hold up just fine. I really don't order much liquid from them any more since I found a US supplier that I really like to get liquid from.

I've had no problems with them at all. Been ordering from them since April... many orders and all successful with no issues. Usually takes about a week to get to me. You won't be disappointed, their prices are great. Have also had great customer service when emailing questions to them or getting stock updates.

Thanks a bunch as I have placed a liquid order with them... 30ml Rum, 10ml Dr. Pepper, 10ml Chocolate, and 10ml Red bull (had to try it lol. I am very glad to hear they are easy to deal... I can wait. I made a newb mistake of buying the nJoy branded carts, 3 boxes (regular and menthol) the menthol not so menthol... but I am very excited as this is my 3rd day vaping and I am already down to 2-3 analogs a day!!!

Congrats Silence on cutting down on analogs so much already. I think I went from about 30 a day to 8-10 after a week or two. It took me a few months to finally cut out the last 1-2 a day. Don't stress over it. One day you will wake up and have no urge to smoke. If you don't mind, let us know how you like the rum. I have never tried that flavor.

I have always had good luck with them however because of shipping cost I only use them when placing larger orders.

I have used them too and have been pleased. I think it is funny but when they shipped to me the desc. of contents on the label is "Toys".

I have never had a problem with orders from them and every order has been 100% correct and received in perfect condition.

ok so here goes. It's delicious. however it tastes nothing like rum. More like wine/champagne. a little sweet with that alcohol aftertaste to it. slightly perfumy but it I dont feel that it hinders the juice in any way. glad it's my "big" bottle (30ml)
