So the wife grabbed me another 26650 from a local vape shop today and charged it up for me. I believe its an EH IMR 26650 ... Aegis didn't like it. Throws its hands in the air and basicly sais "Battery Weak, Lower Voltage". Am I right in assuming that battery just wont suffice in this mod? Running Aspire ARC coils at .13 on 60 watts. Had to dial down to 40 watts for the above battery which was nothing but a trickle of vapor if any.
The quickie workaround is pull one of the coils to raise the resistance, but have you checked the mooch battery list to see what that battery actually puts out?

Yeah seems like its a low amp battery not meant for sub ohm on the revvo. Well shucks ... time to go battery shopping
Oh it will do sub ohm, just not crazy insanely low subohm like .13. Pull a coil out you’ll have .26. Should fire well around 30w

Roger that! Poor google is getting a workout with me today on this. Definately appreciate the honest advice and quick responses!

Great group of folks!
I run my aegis at about 35 w and get a solid 12 hour shift out of it I think that my average puffs on is always roaming around 500 and I didn't update the firmware hope that helps

On the original topic, drop resistant. I won't carry a mod that's not in a silicone sleeve. That makes it less likely to slip out of my hand in the first place and more likely to survive an impact. The problem is all the pretty eye candy mods with their weird shapes get covered up and aren't so pretty any more. I don't like my vaping to be noticed. A black silicone sleeve is discrete. My favorite mod is the Pico, small, functional, not pretty.
