Helious Atomizer - Can't screw and unscrew one of the +ve post

Just got myself a Helious atomizer.. It's a tri-pole with quad-terminal dripping atomizer..
But one of the positive post won't screw or unscrew.. I used the allen key which was provided..
Anyone using Helious? Would WD40 help? I've contacted the seller and he agreed to do for an exchange but shipping would be on my expense.. Any help would be appreciated..

If you mean that the screw-threads are binded, then try putting it into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, then take it out and try unscrewing again. It should help.

I dont think its the threads.. I think its the head of the screw. when i put the allen key it does not perfectly fit, a little loose.. thats why when it turn the allen key.. it does not screw/unscrew

With a loose fitting allen key, I drape a bit of facial tissue over the top of the screw, and then push the key down With the tissue- should be enuf to provide enuf grip to loosen. Once.

Then replace the screw, if rounded inside.

You may need a imperial allen key instead of metric allen key.

1/8, 1/4, 3/8 & etc = imperial

1mm, 2mm, 3mm = metric

imperial != metric if you do the conversion. Allen bolts are machined to pretty narrow tolerances.

tried different types/sizes of allen keys/wrench.. still cant get it out..

Google wrench with lock images. Look at the images. The one with the screw at the end of the handle is the one you want.
Get the smallest wrench with lock, as it's easier to work with, since the space is confined.

I've had success with tapping a small screwdriver (slotted) into the head. Jam it in hard, then use a pliers on the screwdriver handle to loosen.

That's what i had in mind at first.. but i think it will ruin the threads
