Hello 016 Cone--For what it's worth

I don't use the cone either. Too bad it looks funny without the cone. That's a decent mod, though. Maybe I'll try something like that.
It's a decent battery, but I don't think I'd buy another one. The cones cost $11 each and the rubberized finish has come off of mine. Maybe they'll improve the conamizer deal and make it so regular 510 attys/cartos will work with a cone. It wouldn't work with what I already have though, since the battery only has one place to screw something on and that has to be the atomizer. Oh well, I still use the battery once in a while, so it's not a total loss.

Hmmm. I was thinking about buying one too. litecigusa has the batteries for $18.95 shipped.
I've got 3 and another on the way. Just kind of like it and plan on experimenting with cartomizers for best performance. Started with V4L KR808 Cartos and they drained the bat too fast. Used a 510 carto for 8 1/2 Hours and it still had more to go but put it on the charger.
The cone just friction fits the top of the bat. Was too small to start and reamed to a snug fit. No screws, tape etc. but holds pretty well. Also drilled two 1/16 holes for air in the sides-not noticable.

Two complete eGo kits for $57.23 = $28.62 each, which is a heck of a deal. I ordered some just to have as spares. It's more than the Hello battery, but it also includes two cones, two atomizers, and two chargers. eGo batteries may not be what you're looking for, though. Anyway:

I couldn't resist that offer either. BTW, did you mean to say the Ego battery is just 650 mAh while the Hello's is 1300mAh? I figured two Ego batts equal one Hello, time wise.
My Hello battery has started peeling also.
I don't think I said anything about mAhs. That's pretty much Greek to me. When people start talking about mAhs, volts, resistance, mods, etc. my eyes kind of glaze over. I'm intrigued by some of the mods I've seen, the ones with juice bottles that feed in the juice in particular. I'm so ignorant though that when I start reading some of the threads about them I soon feel like I've ventured into the matrix or something.

I was asking if you meant with your "it's more than a Hello 016 battery" comment the opposite? The Hello lasts roughly twice as long as the Ego.
I thought I had finally found the perfect mod; "The Little Sister" until I read some negative posts regarding the batteries used. Then the modder made mention that there will be other siblings coming. So I guess I'll wait to see what the larger model is like.
