Hello all.. maybe someone can help

I have bought a Suorin AirPod at smoke trails Indianapolis. I flew to panama and when I landed.. desperate for a puff, the AirPod got really hot and started to make sounds of small explosions.
Can I fix it by myself?
It’s hard to get vapes around here

If it is the atomizer and not the battery that gets hot it sure sounds like your atomizer got flooded with liquid due to the pressure differential in flight. Try putting a tissue over the mouthpiece and shaking the excess liquid out of the atomizer chamber.

A flooded coil will make sounds like "popping" or gurgling. You may also get some "spit back" of e-liquid in your mouth. Usually a symptom that you are drawing in too forcefully when you vape; try a gentler longer draw.

Your device should not feel hot to touch. It may have become defective.

You can also use that tissue to cover the air holes slightly so catch some of that ejuice while you blow very gently through the mouth piece. That will clear the air chamber. No need to block the air holes just hold the tissue where it can catch the juice.

An atty can get pretty hot if you heat up a tub of liquid instead of vaporizing it

Could be either flooding or faulty equipment if you rule out the former (and make sure your airflow is open) then I would start to suspect the latter. If you can, report back, it's actually helpful to know if a solution worked or not, and also to new members who may be experiencing the same issue. Welcome to ECF.

Might want to try another cartridge and let the bad one sit for awhile.
