Hi, everyone. Bombenhagel here.

I've been vaping for a few weeks now but this is my first post after registration. I, as I said, am a seasoned lurker.

I don't really have any questions, just wanted to say hi and thanks for this good info source.

I have a review of some e-juice I'd like to post in the review forum, but I'm stuck here in the shallow end because the assumption is that I'm new, so naturally I'd be asking about this or that. Nope! I'm all set to go!

I'll read the rules, but can anyone tell me how many posts one must have before advancing to the regular forum? mods, you there?

Thanks!

Welcome!

I believe the min post count is 15.

Just post in the new members welcome threads, and you will be set before you know it.

:)

I think the number of posts to "advance" is 5, however the New Members Forum is by far more active than any others and I spend most of my time here. The 5-post rule does seem to give the Mods time to evict spammers and trolls and, as a result, the forums are pretty uncluttered. As I understand it, it can take as much as an hour for you to be updated, so don't get discouraged.

Old-timers review these posts and comment often, and newbies are just as interested in your reviews as anyone else would be. Why not post them here, and let the Mods move them when you get your post count up? Going by my experience, it should only take about an hour to "graduate" to the less active forums.

Thanks for the replies, everybody. @zbasspro, I always heard it was OK to talk to yourself so long as you didn't answer yourself!

Oh, I have a Joye510 that I am pretty stoked about. What kind of gear are you all packing?

Well, I went to the mall because when I want something, I want it NOW....so I got a Smoke51....but that was last week. I've already ordered a Joye 510 after reading A LOT on the internet. Can't wait. Even while I can tell that this Smoke51 is not going to be my favorite soon, I don't mind it. I just wanted to get started and this was the ONLY thing available (far as I know) without waiting for the postman. I'm loving it all.....and really excited to get my new Joye 510. Now I'm pondering juices.....

JCNewbie, you're going to love the 510. It hits the sweet spot between form factor/size and battery life.

I have a clove mixture I am working on that is very good, and a review of some clove juice I purchased I'd like to post about, but I don't wanna do it here because of lack of exposure in the n00b forum (of which I am one).

As soon as I hit that 15 post count I am going to post my review. It's clove black from revolverecig. I tried making a thread after only 5 posts, and apparently I need more.

Welcome Bombenhagel. I too like to lurk around the forum as you never know what you may find that you can use. My personal favorite is the DIY and the Pay it forward. Oh, and the Dirty Jersey Vapors Club sub forum too. ECF is a great resource for a vapor or anyone considering vaping for that matter. So you got the 510. Great choice for a PV. And I am looking foward to your juice review. Well got to go. See ya around.
