I'm new here, forum member SusieJo converted me not long ago, I was never a huge smoker but would have the occasional Swisher Sweets cigar. My reasons for trying vaping were not so much for health, though I can see the obvious benefits. But for me it was all of the hundreds and hundreds of potential flavors to vape, the fact that it's cheaper, and now I don't have to go outside to puff.

Not sure what else to say, so.

Welcome to the club ;) I grew up around swisher sweets and unfortunately picked up the habit of them then camel lights then pall blacks on down the road over the past 17 years. My decision was based on improving health as the negative side of effects of smoking was becoming apparent and now vaping is just a hell of a lot of fun and enjoyable. You are right. The hundreds of flavors on the market as well as devices just make the experience that much more enjoyable. E cigs have come a long ways over the past 3-4 years alone. You'll fine an abundance of information on this sight and a damn good group of people who are supportive of each other. Once again, welcome and enjoy the ride :)

Hey T, glad to see you here. Hang around and learn from the pros here. I'm sure you will be able to pick up on more than I can. Get some good info for your mom so she can start out with the right tools to quit analogs for good. She might even be able to start out with a better set up than we did and not have to end up spending as much money as I have.
Love yah and help me get your mom vaping as soon as possible!

Hey T, I just got a Kanger Protank and I love it. At the shop in E-town it was $25 but I think you might be able to get it cheaper online, just keep in mind when you shop online you have to figure in the shipping cost also, plus you have to wait for it. So I don't think $25 was too bad a price. I've been vaping on cinnamon since I got it and it is great. It does seem to mellow out the juice a bit so I think the next time I get some cinnamon juice I'm going to get it a bit stronger.

Susiejo - check in the Clearomizer Forum and YouTube vids for how to remove the top wick (there's 3, one coiled and 2 extra "flavor wicks"). That did the trick for me, and now Protanks are about all I use now. :)

I did see some of the videos already because I wanted to see what the upkeep on a protank would be. I didn't want to get something that I had to do alot to. But it did look pretty easy to take apart and work on so I might just do that. I didn't realize that the one flavor wick would change the flavor that much but I trust you that it does so I might just try that tonight.
Thanks!
