Hello and Good Morning

I'm new to the vaping world, sort of(tried it a few years ago but couldn't embrace it). But now with the better devices and quality juice I've been able to walk away from a 30yr 3 pack a day habit. Now to further my mad scientist side and learn more about coil building and DIY juice I've found ECF and am glad I did. Thanks to all the great contributors of info.

Well now, from The Cranky Squonker to the Grouchy Old Guy, a big welcome! Mine habit was an almost 60 year affair with pipes and cigars. This weekend will make the to year anniversary of getting off the stinkies. Didn't take this old 76 year old long to get into building and mixing. Glad to see you here.

Welcome grouch. I'm an old guy, but not grouchy. Wake up every morning (so far) and smile when I reach for my PV instead of a cig. After 63 years, I'm off cigs for 6 months and loving every minute. These vets helped me big time and the only way I can repay is encourage you and others. By the way, vaping is in trouble. Do yourself and us a favor and contribute to ECF and CASAA. Vape on.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes. I'm only 6-8weeks into it,but this time but I'm fully committed to making it work. That said, warm vape and a solid lungful made the transition easy. Now I see it quickly turning into a "hobby" of sorts. I started with a donated "Nebox". Which IMO is an awesome little device for my situation.(Rough work environment prohibits being able to be gentle or have a clean area to refill). So its capacity and ruggedness were a plus. But since I was burning through 4 batteries a day, I purchased an RX200 and a Uwell Crown for when I'm at home and have reduced battery swaps to 2 for the Nebox. Now I just ordered an RBA(Uwell Rafale X), ss316 and kanthal wire, coil building kit, and some cotton so I can't wait to try and build my own. I've also got quite an assortment of juice making supplies now so I've got to get all "Better Crocker" on that aspect as well.
