There might be a slight difference in taste, but depending on the flavor, it might not make a huge difference. Why does it matter, you said your nic was 100% VG? So, is your nic actually 50-50? PG is a flavor carrier which means it intensifies the flavor. Whether it would be noticeable to your tastebuds or not, I can't say.

With that said, I really hope you pour whatever nic you have in there and just try vaping it. If it's still ridiculously strong, there are easy ways to fix that-- for example, purchasing unflavored juice with your preferred nic amount (3.6 was it?) and just adding the nicotine to the flavor until you get it where you like it.

This would be the EASIEST way to dilute your flavor-- no worries about math, if you just buy say, 30 mg of 3.6 unflavored nic in your favored PG/VG ratio and add it say, 5 ml at a time.

Relax.

And would It weaken the flavour if i add 50vg/50pg nicshot?cus in my country thats the only available at the moment
You seem real concerned with "what will happen." It seems to me you are making a big deal out of nothing. Have you just...you know...tried it? You might like it. You might not. Only you can find out. Will it reduce the actual concentration of flavor molecules in the mixture? You bet. That is how math works, after all. Will you notice a difference? Only you can find out. But, I can tell you this: those liquids are designed to have the nic shots added. As such, they are over-flavored before adding them; if you vape it as-is, without the nic shots, it might have "too much" flavor, since they expect you to dilute it with the nic shot. Even if you don't want any nicotine, you are instructed to use a zero-mg "nic shot" to achieve the proper flavoring amount. That's how they work. If you want to vape it, with the amount of flavor that the creator intended, then you use the nic shot. If you use it without the nic shot, you are using it with more flavor than they had intended for you to use. Will you like it better that way? Maybe. Only you can find out.

And what would be the difference if I add 50vg/50pg nicshot instead of 100% VG?
About 10% in your overall mixture. It will be slightly runnier, produce less visible vapor, and provide a stronger "throat-hit" with the extra PG. Again, no one but you can tell you what you like best, for you. That is literally what we mean by "taste is subjective." We can't tell you what you would like best. Only you can know that. It (whether or not it tastes good) depends on the "subject" (the person who is the one doing the tasting.)

[EDIT]: I just re-read your other post. 40ml of 80/20 (32ml/8ml) plus 10ml of 50/50 (5ml/5ml) equals 37ml and 13ml in 50ml total volume, for an overall ratio of 74/26 VG/PG, versus 84/16 for the 100% VG.
