I'm vaping since about two years now and it has changed my life! i want to ask to you members about a new type of batteries these are the Listman 40 amp 18650 flat top batteries...are they revrapped...??? and i want to excuse myself for my bad very bad grammar, i normally speak french! thank you for your answers!! and keep on vaping!

+1. That's a rewrap, and 40 amps is a lie if it's supposed to be CDR. At best, that's a pulse rating, and it might be wholly imaginary.
