Welcome old hippie 1954 to ECF. That's how I quit smoking....just kept lowering how many cigarettes a day I smoked. Hope vaping will completely get you off cigarettes too.

What equipment are you using? etc. The better the vape experience the faster you will prefer it. Once you prefer it the war is about over. Honestly, I still think I want a Camel, even if I actually don't. I bet I light up again at some point but more than likely I will put it out right away because it tastes really bad, That is what I did a little over a month ago. I am still a new guy too.

Every cigarette you don't smoke is a plus.

Welcome to the forum! With decent equipment I think you'll find it pretty easy to quit.

From one old hippie to another, way to go! You just have to make it a new habit that when you want a smoke you just grab your vape. Pretty soon analogs, as they call them here, will taste lousy.
