Hello everyone! Newbie here aka IL2T : SMOK Marshal G320 problem

I have been vaping for 5+ years. It's so nice to find this forum today as I am looking for answers to my smok Marshal G320 problem.
I have enjoyed this mod and now it won't recognize more than one battery at a time as charged and working but the unit needs at least 2 batteries to work.

Are you charging in the mod? Or in a separate charger? I don't know this specific mod, but sometimes you need to use external charger to balance the charge on multiple batteries.
It's a little hard to find info on SMOK mods here, as they are not as popular among the regular users of the forum.

Welcome to ecf! I have a different Smok mod and even using an external charger it doesn't recognize the batteries as having even charges. I hope this isn't the beginning of your problem. Hopefully someone will come along who can help you with this. Good luck!

I still have not found the right link to upgrade firmware for my SMOK G320 from version 1.0.16 anyone have a link?

Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
