Welcome Linda! I'm also a Linda (a popular name in the 40s and 50s) but I don't go by it on the board. What's your city? I lived my childhood in New Paris (near the Indiana border) and most of my adulthood in Cincy and Dayton. I've been in Florida since 2004...miss HOME but not the winters. (I keep telling myself I hate northern winters more than I hate Florida summers.)

Welcome Linda. We're so happy you decided to join us. Ecigs are just great aren't they? You get to vape all these yummy flavors without the stench of a conventional ciggy. I just started a few months ago and haven't looked back either. If they ban these things I'm going to take that very hard. I think I love vaping even more than I loved smoking, and thats saying a lot. Again, welcome.

SUEANDCOOTIE: I'm pretty strange so I should fit right in. (Is Cootie your SO)? It's an unusual name.

JENNEE26; Thanks for the welcome.

SUDOKUGAL: So true about the popularity of "Linda" back in the day. There are at least 5 of us at work. We never know which one they are paging. I live in Chillicothe about 45 miles south of Columbus. Just a small town but I like it. I hear you about the winters, I hate cold weather.

CORI; I will be very unhappy if they ban ecigs but I'm pretty well stocked up so I can still use mine for a while. But I'm hoping it doesn't come to that and we can all enjoy them to our heart's content.

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

LOL cool. My Rottie is playing cuddler stand-in for my sailor boy right now, although he's a bit peeved at me today cause I buzzed his fur off.

I don't have to do that with poor Coot..he "shedatates" all over all the time...everywhere I go a little of him goes along!

Mary Kay, I'm sorry I butchered your name in my first post. I have corrected it. Chalk it up to bad memory, please. The only Steele I know locally is Alan.

SueandCootie: That really made me laugh. It was hard for me to imagine being married to someone named "Cootie". I know all about the furballs but mine are dogs, 2 weiner dogs and 1 minpin. They happily shed their fur anywhere and everywhere.

Kelly79: Seems like a lot of us have the soft spot for animals. Thanks for the welcome.
I've always wanted to visit California. What part do you live in?

lol, Dubh (pronounced Dove but short for Dubhlainn dove-linn, it's gaelic) usually sheds EVERYWHERE Rotties are not made for hot climates, he was shedding so bad it looked like I had a horde of black persian cats if you judged by my floor at the end of a day. Plus he was panting 24/7 so I said enough is enough and shaved him...given his size and thick hair this took several hours spread out over 2 days, and in the process found the reason I keep getting rashes, FLEAS! 8-o He has frontline but is just about due for a reapplication, I found like 6 fleas! I am very allergic, at least I know what was causing the rash, and they now have no hair to hide in. (the frontline will kill any in the house.)

Sunny San Diego since January, moving again in April to Alaska where I started my journey. Lets see it was...Concord, CA (Bay Area); Agnano, Italy (Naples); Portsmouth, VA; Hampton, VA; Alexandria, VA; Landover, MD; Andrews AFB, MD; then here to San Diego, all in 10.5 years. It'll be good to go home for awhile I think *sigh* I miss my mom and sisters.
