I'm a new member, but I've been lurking around absorbing as much info as I can on and off for a couple of months or more.
I smoked for almost 40 years... I'd smoke til I woke up one morning and that first drag off the cigarette, would send me running for the bathroom. I know there are several out there who are snickering and nodding your heads right now, because you exactly what I'm talking about. lol So I kid you not, I would take that partial pack, cigarette case & all, lay it up and come back 9, 10, 12 months or once it was 2 years later. Pick them up and smoke those same stale cigarettes. That last time though, it didn't work. The cigs didn't make me sick, I didn't know for almost 5 months, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't quit to save my soul! Even 3 years ago when I lost the love of my life to a major coronary after smoking 3 - 4 pks a day or over 60 years. I swore I was going to quit! I had to, I couldn't afford them. Yeah, I switched to little cigars. So I was paying $20 a carton for horrible menthol cigars, instead of $50 a carton for not so horrible menthol cigarettes! Then I discovered e-cigs... Well... sorta..... My Neurologist when I was still living in Vegas, told me that he wanted me to try to find one online, because I really wasn't addicted to the nicotine, which I wasn't, but I was very much addicted to the habit, WHICH I AM!!!! This was about 5 or 6 years ago, maybe less, Let's just say that I was still smoking in 2013....
My brother & sis-in-law came back here, to Indiana, from Reno on vacation in June. Amy brought her mod & 2 or 3 tanks, plus 3 or 4 of her fave juices from her neighborhood SierraSmokeShop. Where they spoil her rotten, btw.... I took 1... mind you, ONE HIT off her baby and I was sold!!! I walked over to my purse picked up the Blu and Enjoi that were rolling around in it & threw them both into the trash! I ordered my own kit as soon as I could.
I recieved my 1100 mAh kit, not VV, but an awesome deal for the money, on 7/8/2013. I laid my little cigars down and haven't bought another. I have been singing the joys of vaping to everyone I can get to listen every since!!
Sorry for being so long winded. I promise I'm not always this way. I'm just so excited over this and scared to death the dang Powers That Be may take them away from us!

PS. Heads up to the Admins, if I disappear for days or weeks at a time, please don't suspend me. It's because my MS has flared up. When it does, I usually have no warning and sometimes my hands don't work well enough to type for weeks.
