I have had an ECF account since last year (when I first discovered vaping), but I haven't been active. I was a half a pack a day smoker for 20 years, on and off. Finally quit 6 years ago, but still crave the occasionally cigarette every now and then.

I bought an Ego-C-Twist starter kit and made my own zero nic juices, but wasn't that impressed, however I loved that I could adjust how strong of a hit I could get. Maybe my juice just sucked, I don't know, ha. I ended up selling my Ego kit within a couple months.

I recently tried out my husbands ePipeMods pipe and loved it. I don't know whether it is the shape, the way it's held, the fact that it is made of wood or maybe I just didn't like the cheap plastic tip on my Ego-C-Twist, but I really enjoyed vaping off of his pipe. My only complaint is that it didn't seem nearly as powerful as the Ego-C-Twist, but maybe that's like comparing apples to oranges.

Needless to say, I am now on the hunt to find the perfect mod for me. I'm definitely stuck between wanting a wooden epipe or a Reo Woodvil. One can only hope!

Welcome mrsdee! Possibly the only way for you to get the hit you like would be thru a variable volt, or variable volt/watt device. This way, as with the Twist you had, you can adjust to suit you. A Woodvil, or any Reos are great devices, and if you would be into building your own coils using an RDA, you could get the hit you like, it would just take some experimenting. Good luck on your search for your perfect s/u.

Hello! Glad you finally decided to join us :). I have never tried a pipe mod but it seems interesting. Those who do use them love them. I've heard great things about the REO and it has a great following. I'm into mech and RBA's but still love my vv/vw mods because they allow me to adjust my settings to the right vape for me. My first vv/vw was an iTaste 3vv but the 800mAh wasn't enough for me to use it out and about so I bought the MVP2 with a 2600mAh battery and I was set! I now have 2 even though I have other mods I could be using. It's just a great mod to have in your arsenal. I hope to see you around ECF!

to ecf mrsdee. So glad you are here and enjoying vaping. I don't have a woodvil (yet :sneaky:) but I have the grand and the mini and I just love them. I have found what makes me happy and I hope you do too. Congrats to you and your husband. Lot's of wonderful people here and I can't say enough good things about the reo people I have come to adore. Look forward to reading more about your vaping journey.
