I'm still new to vaping. After a coworker bought on from a local smoke shop I decided to give it a shot. Sadly I didn't do enough research and went to the same smoke shop as my coworker and bought a No. 7 starter kit. In all honesty, it has worked fine for me but is finicky and I have noticed that replacement parts are expensive! So I ordered a 510 two days ago, and I'm hoping it will be here tomorrow!

I'm amazed at how even with a model that isn't that great it was still so easy for me to quit smoking! It's been a week now since I've quit analogs. Quitting wasn't even my intention, I just figured I could smoke both. Today I decided to try an analog and I was surprised at how gross it was! Amazing how just a short amount of time can change my sense of taste and smell.

In addition to my new 510 I also ordered a sample pack from juicy vapor, I'm excited to try out new flavors I want to try them all!

Thanks jj! It really is amazing that after smoking 1 pack a day for over 11 years I finally feel like I can be done with them! I have actually tried to quit using both the patch and the gum and was never successful at all. However now I feel confident that I can and will be successful.

I working on convincing my partner that vaping is the way to go. Hopefully once I put a 510 in her hands and have her try a few different liquids she'll enjoy it more. Right now she is not impressed by the No 7 and the cartridges that came with it. She was willing to try, but gave up quickly after deciding that the taste was gross.

LauraY,
Check out the VIP thread under Social Groups. We've got a get together scheduled for the 29th in central Phoenix. We always have a good time and Chad from E-Cig Supply takes part and brings along lots of hardware and juice. We hang out, BS, do some drawings, vape like crazy, have some beverages, and call it a day. There's usually 20 or so people and everyone's cool.....well......except maybe Bob :)

This is my favorite kind of story....the accidental quitter. Welcome to the ECF Laura! I was convinced I was never going to quit, and then it almost happened without much thought. It still required some discipline on my part, but nothing near what I expected. Its been over 4 months for me! Congratulations on your first week!!
