Hello everyone its been a week now and I cheated 6 times and they were all nasty tasting thank God and e-cigs for that. I beat my self up every time but I guess its better than the normal 350 analogs that I would have done. My wife has made it the whole week with out one and my son made it 2 weeks with no cheating. I am sure glad I didn't get caught up in other drugs I would have been walking around with a needle in my neck I do everything in extreme fashion but I am going to whip it this time I have 3 e-cigs sitting next to me right now all with there own tank no wasting time changing tanks LOL when I get tired of one I just grab the next one if I walk in the house and forget to take one my wife has 2 with her and I will puff on hers GEE but its working if I cant quit from willpower I will quit from going broke on e-cig's. Any way its great to be here with all friendly people and great info.

Welcome AZ and congrats,on making the switch:toast: Don't worry about the cheating, just look at it,as your transitional phase. It does feel good to finally find something that works. I had tried all the stop smoking devices and none worked. I have been smoke free for 2.4 yrs now. If what your using, stops working, just get a new device$$$. I spent 250.00 a month on cigs;vaping 48.00-56.00. The most I have spent is 118.00 and that was when I bought a Vamo and juices. started doing DIY juices and have cut the cost of a 10ml. bottle from 5.99 to 1.06. Good luck to you and your family:toast:

Thank you, yea 50 a day is a lot that's for sure but we will beat it. Amazing what our bodies put up with and still keep going...
I'm about to start day 6 and am not off analogs completely yet. I smoked 50 a day as well and I look at it this way - it's the ones I didn't smoke that count right now. Not everyone can stop automatically with e-cigs. We'll both get there! Welcome and good luck!
