I have been lurking in the shadows getting all kinds of great info from ECF since June 24th. So first of all let me say thank you to everyone!! A little info about my vaping road so far. The wife and I decided we were gonna try to quit smoking via e cigs. We got our kit from White Cloud, the Cirrus x3. Cigalikes. We received these on 6/21 with various flavored cartridges and adaptors. 2 days later we smoked our last analogs at 10:30am.... Then I found the forum. Last week I went and picked up an eVic, extra battery, charger, a couple of T3's and some ejuice locally here at Vintage Vapors. (Very cool people) Went with VW since I'm so new to mods. Waiting on vape mail now, expecting 2 Kanger ProTanks. Since they were coming and wasn't sure when my order from Fuzion Vapor would be here I drove 20 miles up the road to get me some new cinnamon juice for the new ProTanks at Mountain Oak Vapors (flavor is Blister, can't wait) Next week I'm planning on getting my first RBA and just learning how to build them correctly on my eVic until I order my first mechanical in a week or 2. After all this I'm expecting the wife to tell me I can't play online with you guys. This vaping is getting expensive and addictive. My wife smokes the cigalikes most the time and I smoke them when I work or I'm going to be driving and stopping around town. They are very, very good for a cigalike.

I am a smoker of 31 years and the wife has been smoking for about 17 years. This (vaping) is by far the easiest and so far most successful attempt at quitting smoking that I have ever tried.

Hope I didn't bore you and once again, Thank You!!

Vape On!!

Hello and Welcome. From a fellow eVic T3/Protank user. I rebuild both of them with a little practice it's a snap, there are a ton of youtube video's to teach You how.
rebuilding is way cheaper than replacing. And I'm gonna make a prediction that before too long you will be making Your own juice.

Welcome to the forum Bufitnut, lots of great information here. It has been 5 months and 26 days smoke free for me along with a couple vv, one vv/vw and 3 mechanical mods soon to be adding number 4. I need to stop the addiction but each serves their purpose. There are some great mechanical mods available. Vape On and congrats for getting that monkey off your back.

Today at 10:30 am is 2 weeks smoke free for me & Mrs. Bufitnut. If it wasn't for vaping we would still be sitting around talking about quitting. As many times as I have tried to quit I really think I can stick with it. This addiction is crazy. I'm going to have to get a 2nd job just to be able to afford what all I want.

Hello and welcome from NW GA. Congrats to you and the Mrs ! That's a great accomplishment for both of you! :) keep it up.

I quit smoking (smoked 32+yrs) this jun 9th after one day of vaping. My other half already tried vaping about a year ago. She thought it made her cough worse. She stopped vaping within a month Or so. At the time I wanted nothing to do with it I was still in love with my tobacco. I'm sorry now that I didn't listen to her and my friends at the time.

Im on a tight budget and love the gadgets + enjoy experimenting with juice flavors now. First 7 days I only wanted tobacco flavors.

My other half had 2 ego batteries, a charger --then a friend gave me a disputable type clearomizer the day I started. Since I have bought vivi novas, vision clearomizer, attys, 3 more ego's, replacement wicks.. You get the picture.

I'm happier, my cardio is much better already, me and my house smell better ( other 1/2 smoking outside only) I'm sure I added a few years to my life. Plus it's a fun hobby.

For me I can't look at it as saving $$ ( I smoked $3 a pack pall mall past 7 yrs) but perhaps not having to invest in several health care bills.

Good luck and enjoy! :)

New here myself, and I'm pretty close to you. I've been looking for a local place to shop, and found the place in Cleveland which is aprox 60 miles west of me. Sux that's the closest, but I'm anxious to check it out. If you happen to stop there, would you mind posting and letting me know if its worth the drive? I'm anxiously awaiting my Internet orders, and even placed an order from a shop in Asheville, hoping it will be here by tomorrow.

I think the place you are talking about is Mountain Oak Vapors. I've been in there 2 or 3 times and have bought 2 bottles of juice from them. Both flavors were really good. They have quite a few juice flavors, some of your basic vaping supplies. I was there last week and they had some Provari's. EGo's, iTastes, some wood box mods and a few other mods. If you tell me what you might be looking for I'll tell you if I recall seeing it there.
