You guys always use sooo many abbreviations! That really amazes me!
You take English at school, put in the hard work, get the good grades, and think after graduation that your English is realllll good.... Until the day you become a member on a forum...

I'll tell you this, if you acquired English as a LEARNED language, then you speak well, it is not bad at all.

A lot of what you read on abbreviations come from a multitude of things. Back before the headphones were used in video games the early internet games came up with abbreviations so they could talk and still play games. Then texting came out and the language as we knew it has been mutilated to no end!

I've been working for an American company in "NL" for a few years... Guess that helped me a lot improving my English.
