There must be many online shops in Germany selling e-liquid.

Amazon and ebay (in the UK) are not good places to buy e-cigarettes and liquid.

Google will help you, this time.

Normally Google just sends you to the scam brands and rip-off stores, who pay to be top of the search. Be careful. Shops describing liquid as "premium" or "the best" are usually NOT the best, just the most expensive.
