Hello from New Zealand!

Hi all,

Am a recent e-cig convert from NZ and I am absolutely loving it.

I started on an e-llusion, quickly graduated to an ECHO device and have just pulled the trigger on a shiny black chrome Provari. Now for the long wait!

I am one of the only vapers I know so far in NZ, we really are a long way behind other countries on this. I have showed my ECHO to a lot of friends and the reaction has always been "What is that??" followed by "give us a go?!" followed by some coughing and "oh my God, that is awesome!" :D

I am guessing it won't take long before more jump on the bandwagon, only issue in NZ is that you have to import everything from overseas.

Great to be on board!

Cheers!

I couldn't believe Hank's dead pan delivery and the admiral's refrained response! so funny:laugh:

carpedebass - it's definitely worth a visit if you get the chance. We are hosting the rugby world cup this year which begins in exactly one week from today, so there will be lots of international visitors and attention for a while. And the French rugby team have fully block booked Auckland's most expensive restaurant for an entire month!

Will be interesting to see if there is an increase in the number of vapers spotted while our overseas guests are here :vapor:

Someday I'll make it over there...I'm just sorely fearful that I won't come back if I do...might like it too much.

Greetings and welcome, Kiwivaper! I know what it's like to not know anyone personally who vapes in your area. I do know there are quite a few vapers around me but in every day life it's just not known around here thanks to our government's stance on the issue (which I think you're probably familiar with in NZ, or at least I know it's a similar situation in AU). You're going to love the ProVari though. Fantastic PV, couldn't get on without mine now. My eGo and 510 still gets occasional use, but nothing satisfies like being able to dial in the exact voltages you want that best suits the atty/carto and juice you're using.

Hi Psy-Crow, yep NZ is a great country, small compared to Russia (Russia being the largest country in the world and everything! :D), but big enough to get yourself lost in. Expecially if you travel around the South Island - think 'lord of the rings' territory :) Is it cold where you live?!

Well currently I live near Moscow, it's not so cold here (but already autumn and raining ). But I used to live for 16 years at Komi Republic and that's were cold. I remember a -51C (-59.8F) at New Year's night and -40C (-40F) lasting for couple of months (no school he-he!).

Here are some random pics from there:

Hi Mindfield,
Yep, we have those same government issues here in NZ, legal to buy the PV, but illegal to sell or supply nic juice as it is a 'medicine'. However, you can import for personal use so it's not a huge deal - just need to find a flavor you like so you can order in bulk :) On the provari, yeah I can't wait! It's incredible how quickly I started thinking "man, this ECHO is great, but if only there was just slightly more vapour!!"

They allow you to import? Well that's not quite so bad then -- we can't even do that here. Well, we can, but if customs gets hold of it, it's going back where it came from and you're SOL. Hardware is generally safe, it's just the nic juice.

The ProVari will get you slightly more vapour. And a lot more vapour. And boy, that fog sure rolled in quick, didn't it? vapour.
