Hello everyone, It has taken me approximately 5 years to give up smoking (The Hard Way), I tried patches but I ended up nearly overdosing on nicotine as I continued to smoke with the patch on, proving that I didnt need the extra nicotine but my mind still needed the routine/habit.
I have genuinely given up smoking in the last year, meaning I no longer keep a secret stash of cigarettes, no more sneaking a smoke any chance I get, and the smell no longer appeals to me at all, I can even have a drink without cravings =)
I heard about electronic cigarettes years ago but I thought they would be as useful as patches or gum so I didnt look into them further.
It wasnt until I started seeing ecig starter kits for sale locally on facebook that I started research and watching Youtube reviews. GrimmGreen's reviews in particular sold me on the concept of vaping completely.
Although I have in fact given up smoking I was absolutely facinated with the idea of vaping and I love gadgets and technology! I only wished I had known about this sooner when I was battling the smoke!
So now I am on a mission to find the ultimate vape and help others kick the habit.
vaping is relatively new to australia and 98% of people where I live have never heard of an electronic cigarette, so good products and information is very hard to find, this is why I am here =)
I have roamed ECF forums for a few weeks and I have gained lots of great info from here and watching Youtube videos.
I have puchased an ego T starter kit (immitation Im sure) but good enough to get the general idea/sensation of vaping. Great, now time to get serious, if I am to convince anyone and promote the concept I dont want to demonstrate with a mediocre setup.
So my plan to start with is to purchase a variety of setups ranging from the small cigarette shaped to the modded PV's... and of course try to get my head around all the equipment, liquids,atomizers, tanks, drip tips, cartomizers, batteries etc etc etc...OMG!! lol
So thats my story so far, thanks for listening =)
