Hey, how goes? Fellow New Englander here (sort of- moved around a lot as a kid, but lived in Vermont more than anywhere else. In Mass now...)
As for the number of flavors... I think it really depends on temperament, reasons for DIYing, how much you like to fool with recipes, etc. A lot of people DIY very successfully with a handful of flavors that make a few recipes they like and just make in big batches. I'm not one of those people. I have more than 150 flavors, but not _that_ many more. There are def people out there with well over 500, and they still complain about always missing one flavor from recipes. The rabbit hole can go pretty deep.
One thing to be aware of is that flavors do lose potency over time. So having a lot of flavors will eventually mean some waste. Still, especially since you're heavy on TFA flavors, I'm going to guess that all your flavors put together must have cost you less than smoking two packs of Reds a day would for a month (not sure what cigarette prices are like in Maine, but I'm guessing they aren't cheap.)
DIY, even if you buy a lot of flavors, is much less expensive than a lot of hobbies. Climbing Everest with a guide can cost upward of $60,000.00. And DIY is probably safer and more enduring. If DIY lasts the rest of your life that's probably a good thing. if climbing Everest lasts the rest of your life, not so much. And if treating it like a hobby helps keep you from smoking it's definitely worth it.
As for sites that spit out recipes based on your stash, there's one that can't be linked to from here, 'cause reasons. It's not really the one I would recommend first anyway though, as a lot of the recipes in it are not very good.
alltheflavors.com is a better site for that, IMHO. It has a lot less recipes, but they are higher quality. And it has a feature that can also list recipes for which you lack either one or two flavors- not sure if that will help or hurt you when it comes to the sudden and irrational urge to order more flavors

.
But yeah, at a certain point it does make sense to sit back and play with the flavors you have. You have enough flavors there to make a lot of good recipes. I might be tempted to supplement that stash with some FLV, MF, and INW, but... that's the obsessive in me talking.
