Check out Mad Vapes if you're looking for decent in-state liquids. I've been pretty happy with theirs. They're an FDA registered site too. They're in Charlotte area, not exactly "right around the corner" from Wilmington, and you do have to pay state taxes on orders, but on the good side you can pay ground service and will most likely still get the order next day.

Slightly off-topic, but someone I work with was telling me about a volcano dealer store up here around Raleigh - they stopped in this weekend looking for a battery. They only had 1-2 in stock that weren't pink... but while they were there they spied upon a lava tank and decided to buy it as long as they had cartos to fit it of course - which they were also basically out of. Being for a tank it probably needed a hole/slot in it (but I'm not really familiar with lava tanks). As it turned out they had one dual-coil carto on hand and a few single coil. So the guy behind the counter, showing him how to fill up/use the tank, demonstrated everything for him, up to and including putting his mouth on the carto and taking a hit... :(

They ended up swapping that carto out for another...

I've tried out both ElectraVapor and Vapehut. To be honest, I prefer Vapehut a lot more. Keep in mind I'm a new user, but when purchasing my first ecig a few days ago, the girl working at ElectraVapor told me that she DIDN'T actually smoke analogs or use ecigs and never has. She then sold me an 808 after telling me that it was indeed the 510 model (I was too new to the devices to know the difference). Although, I will say that ElectraVapor let me exchange the 808 I bought for an ego model the day after purchasing the 808.

However, Vapehut has been nothing but tremendous. It's a little smaller, but they carry quality stuff for cheaper. For example: I bought a v2 (the 808 mentioned earlier), a carrying case, and some flavors at ElectraVapor for $85. I then returned the v2 for the ego model + a case and was charged nothing. So let's say the ego + case + 5ml bottle was $85. Vapehut sold me (I was buying one for a client who saw my ecig, which I later traded with her so I now have the Joyetech) a BRAND name (Joyetech) ego (the ego from electravapor doesn't even have a brand indication on it), a Joyetech case, and a 30ml bottle of fluid, and 4 cartomizers for $105.

In other words, for $20 more I got 25ml more juice, a much better brand ego, the model from vapehut was an ego-t, a branded case, and 4 cartomizers. It was worth it in my opinion. Plus, vapehut's 30ml bottles cost $15 per bottle whereas ElectraVapor sells 30ml bottles for $25 (I asked them when I was there about eliquid prices).

PLUS, apparently the owner of ElectraVapor, David, bought his original kit and liquid from Vapehut, and opened up ElectraVapor 3 months later or so. That's just heresay, but Vapehut gets a kick out of him having done that.

Aside from all of that, Vapehut really has tremendous customer service. Their store is busy quite frequently. I've been there 3 times so far and there are always people in there. Versus ElectraVapor who never has anyone but just me in the store.

Hope all that helps.
