I just purchased my first ecig while on vacation. Just want to say hello. The shop I purchased my ecig from asked me to check the forum out called ECF so I hope I am in the right place . 3 Days not One Cigarettes wow, my husband is happy and I can smoke in the house

I did it. (Stopped Smoking) I will say that I am so HAPPY I was told about this forum. I have read so much stuff about ecigs that I never new. I will say there is a lot of bad things being said, that to me are un-True. it has been 3 days and I feel better, well I don't know if it is I feel better or am just proud that I have stopped smoking cigarettes. WOW this thing is GREAT. Sorry if I am being annoying, I am just so happy

We all know the feeling; finally free of the ashtray.

If you vape alot you will need to remember to drink lots of water; vaping dehydrates.

That is great. I was just looking around. WOW I never new there where so many different kinds of ecigs my mind is spinning. I will say I never thought I would be able to stop smoking cigarettes. I am so well I really do not know I am just in shock that I have not had any cigarettes in three day. Tomorrow at 3pm it will be 4 day, 4 days OMG WOW. This is great. I just hope when I go to work in the morning I will be able to talk in here from work. This is great I am lost for words

My husband is laughing at me. he said you are vaping not smoking. he said you are blowing out water vapor not smoke. I will never live this one down he is making fun of me now.
