Hello! I am new to ECR!

Hey ECR - I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hello!
I have been vaping for 4 years now and can not believe I have not heard about ECR. My mind is blown with all of the information and people on here. If anyone can give me any advice on how to truly use this forum that would be greatly appreciated.
