Hello everyone! I have been lurking on the ecf now for about 2 weeks and I just started vaping 2 days ago and I am already down to 4 analogs a day from roughly 15-20 that i would normally smoke. I got the v4l ultimate kit and it is just awesome and it was delivered in 48 hours from when I purchased. 2 things I found odd/surprising is my love for menthol carts when I used to hate menthol analogs. I was a Marlboro Medium smoker for the last 15 years. I am getting headaches instantly when I start vaping, is this from the nic levels to high or am I vaping too much. I got 24mg-18mg carts with my kit. any suggestions would be great! I am so thankful for e-cigs and all of the wonderful people on this forum, especially the v4l forum. The tips and advice on that forum has been priceless. I hope to be analog free after this weekend.

Headaches can usually be one of a few things

1 - nicotine is too high (this is most likely) so try lower nic - I get a nic headache when I vape too much or vape liquid too high for me

2 - you are dragging too hard (like if you got auto batteries) maybe get manuals which I recommend anyway

3 - if you have TMJ or other jaw/muscular headache issues, the width of the mouthpiece could also be bothersome in which case try using a plastic or delrin drip tip as a mouthpiece on the end of the carto - it is narrower

If your e-cig battery is Automatic, you vape to start it and vape to vape.
with the manual battery, push the button when you vape. Your headache is probably from too much nic due to an automatic e-cig battery. Try a manual battery or lower the nic for the automatic battery.
