Hi my mind reading is bad sorry. What specifically is your particular battery issue?

Have you tried charging it?

Is it a swap-able battery?

Replaced it with a fully charged battery?

Has the battery vented?

Is the batter gnarly looking?

Did you buy a battery from a reputable source?

My point is as others state, we need more information.

If this is the same problem you are having then most likely the circuit board is faulty. You can try updating the firmware. If that does not help, probably not much you can do.



Uploader of the video says in the comments that Voopoo did not replace his mod but offered him a hefty discount on anything in their store instead

Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor may help).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
