Where did you order your E-Power from? I have a 14650 too and absolutely love it. I think its a great PV to get you started. Youll be able to use a wide array of attys/cartos. The E-Power seems to be able to handle anything I throw at it.
I highly recommend you try the Ressurector cartos like someone else mentioned. They are what I use on a daily basis and they are incredible. They are 1.7ohm LR and hold 2ml of juice. They are single coil, so they wont kill your battery like a dual coil will, but I think they produce vapor very similar to a dual coil. I actually like them more than dual coils. I find some dual coils dull the flavors of your juices. The ressurectors give great flavor and HUGE amounts of vapor. I get about a day to a day and a half on one battery with the Ressurectors. And since they hold 2ml of juice they generally last all day.
I also highly suggest you fill your cartos with a syringe. It will ensure they are done correctly and they will normally last longer when they are filled right. I order all my cartos from CCV, which is the vendor that has the Ressurectors, and they also have Boges. They have free shipping which is nice and they guarantee all cartos which is really sweet. If you order cartos from CCV he includes a free syringe to fill with. And if you order a 15-pack, youll get a free syringe and drip tip.
The syringe he provides is perfect because it is an inch and a half needle, which will be able to go all the way to the bottom of any carto. If you dont know how to fill with a syringe heres how. I originally posted this in another thread for someone that asked how to fill a Ressurector, but this is really for any carto. Instead of putting the 2ml of juice in the syringe that the Ressurectors hold, youll put however much juice the cartos you are using hold. If you dont know, then just fill slowly and you will see the juice rise to the top. Once the polyfil you can see become "slushy" it is full. You should def use a syringe, especially if you use XL cartos or thick juice. Dripping in will take forever for it to settle and thick juice takes a long time to settle. A syringe makes it easy bc you put the needle to the bottom and fill from there.
Heres my copy and paste.
How to fill a cartomizer with a syringe:
"All you have to do is take the dropper part of the bottle off your juice and fill your syringe with 2ml for a new carto. Take the rubber tip off the carto and carefully insert the needle down the side pushing against the metal. DO NOT go thru the filler because it will move it and you could potentially break a connection and your carto. Slide the needle down the side and go all the way to the bottom. Then slowly start dispensing some juice. Dont dispense it all bc then it won't be evenly distributed. Put alittle in, then take it out and insert the needle in a different spot. I normally do it in 3 spots (in a triangle) I found it distributes the best, but you could just do it in 2, on opposite sides. Make sure the needle is at the bOttom bc then you will not have to wait at all for it to settle. Disperse slowly and you will begin to see the toP of the filler become slushy. It is full then, don't put more. If its a new carto is will def hold 2ml, if your refilling it won't take a lot so pay attention and once it gets alittle slushy stop. While your filling hold a napkin or something under the carto bc if you do it too fast a few drops will come out the battery end. If that happens its only bc you did it too fast and the poly fill didn't absorb quick enough.( that happens to me bc I am impatient and fill it in about 10 sec, so I just hold a paper towel or napkin underneath.) wipe up the drops and put the rubber cap back on the carto. Then put the carto between your hands and rub back and forth spinning the carto quickly. This will insure the liquid is evenly distributed in case you put too much on one side from the syringe.
Now you have a perfectly filled ressurector that is ready to be used right away!"
I know it seems intimidating at first, but it is very easy to do. Try a few times and youll get the hang of it quickly. Plus cartos normally last longer when they are filled right. Ive been using the same Ressurector for about 4 and a half weeks with one juice.
Also when you get your E-Power if you have any questions check out this thread.

A few new E-Power users asked questions which I answered on that thread
If you have any other questions feel free to send me a PM or somethin if needed.
I can also give you some good info if you ever want to get "High-Drain" batteries for your E-Power.
Hope this helped and let me know how you like your E-Power when you get it!
Goodluck!!
