hello new member needs advice

I've been lurking around these boards for a week now, and I think I'm going to buy a Janty eGo from all the reviews i have read. I've been trying to pick up on all the lingo and stuff as i don't know anyone with an e-cig. I guess i just have a few questions... I currently smoke about 1 pack/day of Parliment menthol lights. I kinda want something like that i guess, I've read about the "liquid" and "carts" and i really still am not understanding what i would need to buy. So say I do decide to get this ego which i would really like to order something today, what else do you recommend that someone trying to quit gets and why? I really appreciate any help! Thanks All!

The choice of PV is complicated. Particularly for a new user! My advice is to pick something you think you would like and just buy it. Chances are you will decide you want to try other models in time. Don't let that stress you. Most of us don't have a single perfect PV for us.

My advice is to pick up some extra liquid - several flavors and strengths. Don't buy a big bottle of anything yet. Five 10 ml bottles will work fine in the beginning. And make sure you have some spare parts. There is nothing worse than starting off with this and finding that you really like it and then having a part go on the fritz! (Nothing worse other than running out of liquid!!!)

I'm not familiar with the Jaunty models... but someone will be able to help you with specifics about that I'm sure.

Lots of folks like the carts, but money-wise, I like to fill my own. There is no reason your carts cannot be filled with liquid even if they come prefilled. I believe since you have an ego in mind, buy the batteries. Decide what size attys you want to go with and buy a few extras. The juice you likely want according to your preference would be a mint or menthol type. By the way welcome to the ECF and you are going with a good choice here with the Ego. I wasted a lot of time and money with the cheaper e-cigarettes and wound up graduating to better mod types. Wise choice!

If you go with the eGo you won't need to buy xtra batts with your initial order. It comes with 2 and each is good for about 10 or more hours before a recharge is required.

Get 1 or 2 attys (the eGo uses the Dura atty) and some xtra carts.

Bekinder & Larktdl speak wisdom. At the very least, I would buy two extra atomizers, a 5 pack of carts (they are easy to refill), and one bottle of juice with the eGo. I've been using the eGo for about a week now and it really is excellent. Good Luck!

If you buy the ego -- yes buy extra atty's and some carts and some juice. check nhaler or tasty vapor for the best juice in my openion. The carts that come with the ego are NASTY.

thanks so much for feedback, i just ordered from JantyUsa. Seems like an odd ordering system for a company, I guess they manually charge CC cause i haven't gotten an email yet. Will wait and see! Also ordered 2 attys and nhaler 55 Menthol Juice thanks again!
