Okay, then do this.

With the tank/cartridge OUTSIDE of the eroll, just hold tank in your hand.....inhale on the mouthpiece. It should be quite airy......or just take little sucking nips on it like a pacifier, it should be very airy

Besides the hole in end where you put juice, those indentations also have holes (on the sides) and you will get air lock feel if those are blocked, no air.

Hi all, many thanks for all of your help previously. For some reason my issues don't seem as bad as before. Not sure if I'm just adjusting to the eRoll over time. I decided to grab my old eVod and realised I was only drawing as hard on that as I was with my new eRoll. I think I may have exaggerated how hard I was puffing on it probably because I went from smoking real roll up cigarettes straight onto the eRoll. I think maybe if I'd gone from another vaping device onto this then the change may not have been so severe.

I took the eRoll to my local e cig store and the guy took a look and had a go and said all seemed okay.

The only thing is I think I may need a stronger e liquid, currently using an 11mg tobacco and don't seem to get much of a throat hit at all after 2 drags. Is this normal? Is it likely things would improve with say an 18mg liquid?

My leaking issues seem to have improved as I now use tissue to wipe dry both the tank and inside the atomiser cone every time I refill the tank.

I think it's been a case of getting used to and adjusting to this new device and I'm hopeful it can be good for me :)
